PAYMENT PLANS AND HOLDS ARE ACCEPTED WITH DOWNPAYMENT OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY ONLY. the downpayment is non-refundable. we can discuss payment plan length and how much is paid each time.III. process :all commissions are consistently updated on my notion page here.i have a 3 day to 3 month turnaround. life happens, and i will update you as much as possible if an extension is needed.IV. copyright/other :I am allowed to use the art for examples, post online, and use it publicly.you, the commissioner, is allowed to :
use the artwork for personal use.please credit me when using your piece as:
- using as a website asset
- reposting
(no credit is needed if using as a profile picture. it is your choice.)the following is not allowed and will result in a permanent blacklist :- reproducing, taking credit, using commercially (without discussing before hand)
- removing the watermarks, and altering the art without my consent.
- using it as an nft.V. cancelling/refunding :if you file a chargeback against me after the art has been completed and i was under the influence that you received something you liked, you will be permanently blacklisted.if you need to cancel, I will ask for a percentage of the commission price if the piece has been started. see below:sketched - 50%
lined - 75%if it has been colored, or shaded, I will not be able to provide you with a refund.i usually honor refunds just communicate with me!!
